Unit 4-Learning Aim C

11.6.22 

I looked back at my script and got names out of my characters and how many people I need for my cast 

13.6.22 

I looked up legal and ethical considerations for my short film, read back through my script and made sure my work wasn’t in any categories of any legal and ethical consideration 

14.6.22 

I wrote down all the equipment I needed  I needed and which I already have . I wrote down their prices and where I can buy them from. I also went over the risks that could take place during the production. I will put them into table to make it easier to understand. I also wrote all crew group which I will need 

 

16.6.22 

I went over broad production schedule and created a schedule based on my production finalized dates. I also went over shot list and printed out my script so it would be easier for me to write down shot list as I go 

 

17.6.22 

I continued with my shot list and I have almost done half of it I started to look for location for my production and started finalizing cast and crew. Just need to get in contact with them and finalize wrote down all my equipment just need to add total and make a final budget 

 

27.6.22 

I finished my shot lists and I started to do my production schedule for each day. I also started o write my location recces so I can add them to the schedule as I go.

I contacted both of my actors which my friend Julia recommended to me.Here are the email I sent to them.

I got a reply back from joe

I replied back to joe asking what role he would like to act 

 

12.7.22 

Joe replied back with that role he wanted to act out so I added that into the cast list with his character  

 

I got back from Ege who said he would be interested to work on this as long as his days match my schedule. 

 

13.7.22 

Once he gave me a final decision of what character he wanted to act I sent him over the script, also asked if he had any questions be comfortable to ask. 

 

I gave Ege the role of a detective and gave him a brief of how the days will go and the arrangements, Also I sent him over the script so he can take a look at it. 

 

15.7.22 

I got email reply from joe saying he’s all good and he’s looking forward to work on this project with me 

 

16.7.22 

I completely finished my budget, makeup, prop, costume list and went over and took a look at it to fix any errors. Then I started to add things to the table of lighting test shot. I had already taken the pictures before so all I had to do was finalize the lighting with the scenes and shots and add it to a table. 

 

17.7.22 

I wrote out most of my location recce of the finalized locations that I will be using, I just need to take the images of them which I will do later. I also started to do risk assessment of my locations  

18.7.22 

I finished filling in my locations recce all I need to do is take pictures and add them to the sheet. I finished my risk assessment and started to add all the documents on 1 long word document. 

19.7.22 

Just adding images to my location recces and finalizing all my work.
